Terms of Use

Pilareta Tribe ("we", "our", "us") operates the Pilareta Tribe mobile application and the website at tribe.pilareta.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Pilareta Tribe app for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

You own the content you post — photos, videos, captions, comments, and workout logs. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content within the Service so other members can see it. You can delete your content at any time, which ends this license for that content (except for copies in backups, which are removed within 30 days).

• Only post content you created or have permission to share.
• You must confirm your consent before each post is published.
• Posts are automatically screened for prohibited content when uploaded; video posts are additionally held for review by our team before appearing publicly.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; violating content is removed and offending accounts are banned. The following is prohibited anywhere on the Service:

• Nudity or sexual content
• Harassment or bullying
• Hate speech or violence
• Spam or scams
• Illegal content of any kind
• Impersonation of any person or organization
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• Promotion of self-harm or eating disorders

We provide tools to keep the community safe:

• Automated screening: text and images are automatically checked for prohibited content when uploaded.
• Reporting: every post and comment has a ⋯ menu where you can report it, and user profiles can be reported too.
• Blocking: blocking a user immediately hides all of their content from you, everywhere in the app.
• Human review: our team reviews every report within 24 hours and removes violating content.

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, without prior notice. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can delete your account and its data directly in the app: Settings → Delete Account.

Pilareta Tribe provides general fitness and Pilates information only. It is not medical advice, and we are not healthcare providers. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or are pregnant. You exercise at your own risk, and you are responsible for practicing within your own limits.

Purchases made through the shop are processed by Shopify and are subject to the shop's own policies, including shipping, returns, and refunds. These Terms do not change your rights under those policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
